We “diagnose” (or discover) the most important priorities (issues) to address in the organization, suggest a plan, and then guide the organization through the necessary change.

EMD-Kenya specializes in development of small businesses, non-profit organizations, and religious systems such as congregations of religious sisters. While many firms specialize in one of a few specific services to non-profits, EMD-Kenya brings a highly comprehensive and integrated approach with focus on building the capacity of the entire organization, including its governance, management and staffing, programs, marketing, finances, fundraising, and evaluation.

We are certified by the International Trade Centre, Geneva (WTO-UNCTAD) as enterprise management development experts.
